VIBE CODING LAB / IVHELI
From zero,
turn an idea into
a working tool.
1:1 online, following your project. I'm with you across the gap between “AI can generate code” and “it's live and stable”.
No coding needed beforehand. Bring an idea; if you don't have one yet, tell me the most annoying part of your work.
You're probably stuck here.
It's not about effort, and it's not that AI is too weak. Most people get stuck because nobody explains the stretch between “generating code” and “a working product”.
Tools installed, tutorials watched — still no finished project
You can open an editor and get AI to write a page, but once the project grows the files turn into a mess. You don't know what to do first, or when it counts as done.
AI's code runs — until you change one feature
Every edit makes it messier and every fix adds errors. It's not that you're unsuited to this; you just haven't learned to turn “it runs” into “it can be rolled back, checked and launched”.
Halfway in, no idea what's next, and no one to ask
There are plenty of answers online, but only one version of your project. You need someone who has seen your screen and can tell you what to fix now, what to cut, and which version to ship first.
The point isn't a pile of concepts — it's something you can demo.
Pick a clearly scoped v1 around your own work or small business. Expand after it's done, instead of aiming for a big platform from day one.
Web page / site
Company sites, campaign pages, booking pages, client profile pages. It opens, it demos, you can show it to people.
Small tool
Batch processing, format conversion, data cleanup, quote calculators. Make the step you repeat every day simpler.
AI assistant
Knowledge-base Q&A, document sorting, customer-support help, content drafts. Have AI actually run part of a workflow for you.
Automated workflow
Connect spreadsheets, files, messages and scheduled tasks. Get one path running, then add stability and checkpoints.
The goal for v1 isn't “every feature” — it's “it runs, it demos, and you can keep changing it”.
One version at a time.
No fixed syllabus. We work backwards from your goal to v1. You drive; I judge, correct course and hand you the next step.
Name the goal
Free 15 minutes. What you want to build, where you're stuck, and when you'd like to see v1.
Cut v1
Trim the big idea into a small, checkable goal: one page, one flow, one demoable action.
Build 1:1
Online video calls, following your project. When you're stuck, we look at the error together, read the code, and decide the next step.
Launch + review
Check the critical paths, deploy, leave a version you can maintain. Then decide what to add — instead of piling on features.
Self-study, recorded courses, 1:1 — what's the difference?
Not everyone needs 1:1. First work out whether what you're missing is material, a structured path, or someone who can judge your project.
| Aspect | Self-study | Recorded course | 1:1 coaching |
|---|---|---|---|
| When stuck | You search alone; answers may not match your project | You follow the course pace; questions pile up | I look at your screen and judge the next step live |
| Pace | Easy to stall or drift | Fixed syllabus; the pace isn't yours | Paced to your level and project |
| Project | Lots of exercises, few finished builds | Mostly sample projects | V1 built around your own goal |
| Launch & check | Few people check it for you | Usually stops at deployment | We check critical paths, deploy and review together |
| Best for | Trying out AI coding | Self-disciplined problem-solvers | People who want it built and need guidance for a stretch |
P012 / STANDARD
Standard is 1,500 CNY, flat.
1:1 online video calls, following your project, plus unlimited Q&A for 3 months. Complete beginners welcome; no coding needed first. Enterprise or very large projects are scoped separately.
No promises of income, follower growth or replacing jobs. Build v1 first, then decide whether to expand.
- 1:1 online video calls
- Unlimited Q&A for 3 months
- Web / small tools / AI assistant / automation
- Beginner-friendly, no coding needed
Take the free material first; decide later whether you want guidance.
All of it is free. If you can follow along on your own, do that first; when you're stuck, come talk.
What is Vibe Coding? A starter guide from idea to launch
Concepts, paths and common traps, explained without jargon.
→ CHECKLISTPre-launch checklist for your first project
Permissions, errors, data, deployment, rollback — go through it item by item before launch.
→ TEMPLATEProject Brief template
Turn “I want to build something” into a first version AI can act on.
→ OPEN SOURCEHow to learn from open-source projects
Not just clone and move on: see what problem it solves, then lift one module into your v1.
→
The real learning starts after “it runs”.
A client profile page: A logs in, asks a question, gets an answer. Looks fine. But switch the client name and another company's contract shows up on screen.
The problem isn't whether the model can write code; it's whether the lookup checks who is asking first. After the fix, A sees only A, B sees only B, and other clients' pages simply say there's nothing.
- Not “the AI made it up” — the data-access boundary had never been tested
- We tested one item, so we only claim that one passed
- From case to your project: cut v1, check it, then launch
Answers before you start.
A few things to know before you book.
I'm a complete beginner. Can I learn this?
How is this different from a recorded course?
What does 1,500 include?
Can you guarantee I'll finish it?
What should I prepare?
Can you handle enterprise work?
Talk for 15 minutes, then decide.
No complete requirements needed. Bring an idea, a sticking point, or just “I think I want to build something”.
