Start with work you understand

Business owners and managers often know the rules a task should follow: how a quote is calculated, which figures belong in a weekly report, or where a customer gets stuck. That knowledge helps you direct AI and recognise a useful result.

Vibe Coding commonly describes asking AI to generate and change code through natural-language instructions. You can make a page, calculator or lookup tool, then run it, try it and make changes until it does the job you set out.

The same working habits can extend beyond code. Here, we use Vibe Everything for that broader approach: provide information and rules, let AI work through a task, then check and decide yourself. It does not mean every task can run unattended.

Choose a result you can check

Your idea or task A useful first result
An event page A page readable on a phone, with a working registration link
Repeated quote calculations A tool that takes quantity and unit price and shows a total
Several proposals to compare A table showing sources, differences and missing information
Notes after each meeting Decisions, tasks and open questions you can trace to the record
Rewriting similar content A fact-checked draft and instructions you can reuse

For the first two, follow the first website guide. To try information work first, use the proposal comparison exercise.

Work through one task

  1. Describe the result. Who will use it, what goes in and what should come out? Replace “make a tool” with “take quantity, unit price and delivery cost, show the total and flag blank fields.”
  2. Prepare the material. Supply quotes, source spreadsheets, content examples or business rules. Say which facts are confirmed and what is missing. Check that you are allowed to use any real information.
  3. Choose the tools needed for this task. Can they read your files, produce the right format or run the project? Set up accounts and permissions if an external service is actually needed.
  4. Do one part first. Review a page outline, comparison table or report structure before expanding it. Correct the direction while the work is still small.
  5. Check it yourself. Recalculate numbers and trace conclusions to the source. For a tool, try both normal and awkward inputs. Missing information belongs on a question list, not in an invented answer.
  6. Save the version and the method. Keep the originals, result and changes. Once a recurring task works, write down the required material and steps so you can use them again.

Skills package reusable work instructions and supporting resources. MCP connects AI applications with tools and information. Learn them when you need them; a first exercise can start with a few files. See the official Skills explanation and MCP introduction.

Make it useful after the first run

A website that opens on your computer still needs an accessible address, mobile checks and working links and actions. If it has accounts or data, check access, backups and recovery. Save a working version and test the original paths again when you add features. The pre-launch checklist helps you work through this.

For information tasks, try another set of material. Can the process flag missing items, keep the sources and produce the format you need? Confirm before publishing, sending or changing important files.

When one-to-one help may fit

Bring an existing project if you know what you want but keep getting stuck on scope, errors, checks or launch. You operate the tools while the tutor explains and helps investigate. The Standard teaching plan is 1,500 CNY once, with one-to-one online video coaching and unlimited Q&A for 3 months.

Start with a free 15-minute call about your goal and what you have tried. Confirm the learning scope, teaching language, time zone and schedule before paying. See pricing and scope for the service details.

Questions

Do I need to learn programming first?
You can start with a small website or tool and learn about files, pages, data and running the project as you work. You still need to operate it yourself, check the result and learn to return to a previous version if a change goes wrong.
What does Vibe Everything mean here?
We use it to describe applying the same habits to more kinds of work: organising information, comparing proposals, preparing documents and handling repeat tasks. It is not a single product name or a promise that AI can do every job automatically.
Can I use this approach without writing code?
Yes. The proposal comparison exercise uses three fictional source documents. You ask AI for a table, check the numbers and prepare a brief. The practice is in explaining a task and judging the result.
How long does a first website take?
That depends on the scope, available tools and time you put in. Start with a version you can try and plan from there. Accounts, payments and business data require more development and checks.
